  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been placed, we aim to process it within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • South Africa: 5–12 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: Delivery may take a little longer depending on the courier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures (where applicable), or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the courier and our fulfillment partners to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Skinverse primarily ships within South Africa. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
